The following Final Fantasy titles were available to use with the PlayStation Now streaming service until they were removed in October 2015:
It was initially compatible with a broad range of devices, but is currently compatible with PS4 and PC only. PlayStation Now is a cloud gaming service which allows users to subscribe for access to a selection of PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 titles. Square Enix released a series of paid downloadable content for Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy, including new costumes for several characters and battle background track packs from each of the first thirteen installments of the main series. Square Enix released downloadable content for Final Fantasy XV, which includes attires, weapons, skins for the car and playable episodes. As of 2021, Heavensward is included in the Starter Edition while Stormblood, Shadowbringers and Endwalker are included as part of Complete Edition purchases. Square Enix released expansion packs for Final Fantasy XIV. Square Enix released downloadable content for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII which includes some garbs, weapons, shields, and adornments. Square Enix released downloadable content for Final Fantasy XIII-2, which includes new weapons, accessories, costumes and special tameable monsters for the Coliseum. Games will no longer be available for purchase on the PlayStation Portable store after July 2, 2021. It is partially available on PlayStation 3 as of Winter 2020, and is no longer available directly to PlayStation Portable users as of March 31, 2016. The PlayStation Store is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation Vita.
